What We Are Looking For: We are seeking an Screen Print Machine Operator at our Pittston, PA Fulfilment Center. This position is responsible for running one or multiple screen printers while increasing overall performance by improving workflow efficiency. Responsibilities: • Analyze and understand project specifications and customer requirements prior to proceeding to printing. • Ability to set up, run, and teardown print jobs on both manual and automatic screen printing process. • Prepare, burn and reclaim screens. • Ability to load and unload garments accurately and at a fast rate. • Execute weekly service and maintenance for each printer. • Come up with weekly reorder list for the management. Requirements: • 1-2 years’ experience in running screen printers (preferable M&R). • Experience in daily and weekly machine service (oiling and cleaning). • Must be able to lift & lower 30+ lbs. • Walking/standing in a warehouse environment • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, and to coach others on doing the same.
