New drywall ceilings

We're looking for an estimate to have drywall work done. We would like to have 1/4" or 3/8" drywall installed over top of our existing plaster ceilings throughout our house. The house is two stories, and there's about 900sf total of ceiling to finish. I'm attaching photos for reference, but are open to having people at the house to walk through and review. We're looking for someone who is licensed/insured. We'd also expect you to provide all materials, as well as remove all trash, and provide full cleanup of the work.
