JOB DESCRIPTION * Position/Job Description: The Automower Installation Professional (AIP) is responsible for the successful installation, service and support of Automowers for their assigned territory. This job requires the AIP to regularly interact with customers verifying customer information, presenting installation solutions, installing the Automower and training the customer on the use of their Automower. Installations will vary by size and complexity. **This is a 1099 Contractor Position. AIP will be compensated per completed installation based on Automower type** Essential Duties: Successfully install Automowers using pre-determined guidelines that include, but are not limited to: pre-installation qualification, physical installation of the Automower in accordance with installation criteria, Automower programming, and post installation customer training. Support new Customer Care & Service Corp initiatives that develop with a focus on providing an excellent customer experience. Qualifications: Required High School education or equivalent. Desired Experience working in outdoor power equipment industry Experience in landscaping and or small engines Skills and Capabilities (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities): Demonstrated ability to solve problems independently and transfer expert knowledge into practical solutions as part of maintaining a successful relationship with customers. Capable of running machinery similar to a lawnmower A “roll up your sleeves” attitude. Proactive, flexible, self-starter. Able and willing to lift 60 pounds multiple times per day in order to install Automowers Must be able to pass a background check. Must own reliable transportation (truck or SUV) Proof of current car insurance Must have a clean driving record Flexible schedule, ability to work weekends Agreeable to drive a minimum of 30-50 miles each way for work.
