LITTLE boys auditioning bass players

Greetings. We are LITTLE boys. We are an eclectic alternative rock trio, have been rehearsing twice a week for a year now. We have access to two different practice spaces, one of which is a recording studio. We have played shows at Indian Roller, Little Woodrow's, and a spot on the comedy show "In the Treehouse". Our current bass player is with us for some upcoming gigs, but is requesting to step down afterward, as the workload is more than he bargained for. We currently have two 45min sets of original tunes that range from funk, folk, country, groove, to progressive, metal, doom, pop, doo-opp, punk, and hip hop. We want to try everything, be adaptable, and aside from wanting to perform tight, interesting, and fun music, we also want to bring a fresh perspective to audience engagement, interaction, and style in terms of live performance. The band was created by myself, a comedian/producer, and the drummer whom is a local sound engineer. We are looking for somebody who plays BASS, not a guitarist who rocks the bass, but a dedicated bass player who loves the instrument, and can and would love to approach many styles. Be down to practice twice a week, and play shows often. Must have experience performing, be creative and excited to create not just musically, but conceptually, and down to make a damned fool of yourself, because we want to push the limits of what it means to be entertainers.
