Facility Pros in Madison WI is looking to hire a Commercial Cleaning Sales Manager that has the skills and experience required to help lead and develop growth of our business in the Great Madison Area. Industry experience is required. Successful candidates are those with commercial cleaning management experience who truly have a customer service mentality with the inner drive to lead people. The ideal candidate must: have a proven record of industry experience in commercial cleaning sales be a "driver" who is self motivated be experienced in managing people have a commitment to excellence with a flexibility with people and tasks have an ability to treat every employee and customer with respect and dignity have an appreciation and respect for the many cultures represented in our employees have an ability to interact well with customers be someone who likes people and who cares for and motivates their employees toward excellence Approximate schedule is normally between 8am-6pm Monday through Friday with some weekend coverage if needed. Duties include: New Sales- working with Sales Department, complete cold calls, perform walk-throughs and complete and present proposals; various other networking or sales-related research and functions Drive post-construction cleaning operations. Getting in touch with Madison area builders to perform cleaning, getting on bidders lists, etc Manage daily cleaning operations- the position will function as an Operations manager, planning, coordinating, deploying resources, troubleshooting problems, managing budgets, training and developing field managers and supervisors; as needed, filling in for managers, supervisors or cleaners, delivering supplies and equipment, assisting with start-ups, etc. Customer relations- maintain customer confidence, complete customer relations visits, respond to requests and concerns, provide new pricing, etc. Employee relations- maintain a positive employee culture, ensure training and proper tools and resources are available, respond to employee questions and concerns, and complete employee relations activities such as meetings, parties, incentives, etc. Recruitment- Work with Recruiters to hire, develop and retain key employees. Finances/Administration- responsible for labor budgets and labor efficiency, overhead budgets and efficiency and various administrative and reporting requirements.
