LOCATED IN SOUTHPORT (Please be local up to 30 miles) - The swimming pool maintenance Technician position is responsible for all aspects of pool maintenance, water chemistry and basic swimming pool repairs. - Techs must be able to work with others and also the ability to work independently using good decision-making, organization and troubleshooting skills, while having good communication skills with customers, superiors and main office, possess personal and professional integrity. - Adhere to the operation, policies, procedures and standard as Team Members of Island Spas and Pools. - Ability to regulatory lift and move a minimum of 50 pounds, Available to work outdoors, 5-7 days a week. Must be dependable and accountable. - Prior swimming pool industry experience or CPO (Certified Pool Operator) training is a strong benefit but not required. - Island Spas and Pools will train ** Signing Bonus after 45 days
