All black male with white streak across his chest. Last seen outside my house using the bathroom. Has a blue white and red collar. Shih tzu Male 1 years old. Last seen on 73rd kinsman area. Please help us being him home. My kids are devastated. He has a family that loves him. No questions asked we just want him home
