Primary Tasks for HVAC Lead Installer: • Delivering excellent customer service • Communicating clearly with the customers • Install new, retrofit, and change out of residential HVAC systems • Complete jobs in allotted time Qualifications/Requirements for HVAC Lead Installer: • Minimum 2 years’ HVAC Lead Installer experience • Excellent problem solving and listening skills • Excellent communication skills • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team to resolve issues in the field • Must not be afraid to ask questions when needing help • Must be able to lift 75 lbs., carry ladders, tools, and work in small crawl spaces • Must comply with all safety standards, policies, and procedures • EPA certified required (we will help you get certified if you are not currently) • NATE certified preferred • Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not necessary • Must have valid driver’s license • Must pass background screening, drug screen, and have a clean driving record What We Offer HVAC Lead Installers: • Highly competitive wages Depending on Experience • Steady, year-round employment • Continuing education and technical training • Company uniforms, vehicle, gas card and cell phone • Health, dental and vision insurance • Paid time off • 401K We are a rapidly growing company and looking for career minded people that want to grow with us.
