Well-established, growing internet retailer is seeking a Shipping Associate to join our team. You will be the primary person responsible for processing and shipping orders daily. Job duties include pulling products accurately, packing orders efficiently, processing shipping labels via USPS/UPS, and maintaining shipping materials/supplies. • Must have superb attention to accuracy and pack items carefully. • Previous experience in packing and order processing strongly preferred. • Prior experience with eCommerce shipping software like Shipstation, Shipworks, or similar will be a big plus. • Connect with customers via email or over the phone as required for order processing. • Perform other duties to support inventory management and the company as assigned. Schedule/Work Hours: • This is a full time position for approx. 36-40 hours of work per week in the mornings and early afternoon. Mon-Fri 8am-5pm Education: • High School Diploma or GED required.
