Description
Looking for dependable person to work at various shopping centers and office buildings throughout Pinellas and Hillsborough. Must have reliable transportation, preferably a truck, cell phone, basic tools, good communication skills, must be able to take and send in pictures of roofs and other issues on properties and send in a work list daily. Work includes cleaning parking lots, checking vacant unit, roof checks, repairing pot holes, replacing ceiling tiles, replacing bulbs and ballasts (will train if needed), washing windows, light checks, changing trash bags and general repairs. Must be able to start soon. This is a full time position. Looking for someone who lives in Pinellas county. Typical hours are Monday - Friday 7am to 3pm. Must be at first property by 7am.
