I have a Thai bamboo rat snake (Oreocryptophis porphyraceus coxi) I am looking to rehome. He escaped last year for about three months, and we miraculously found him, but I have had a hard time getting him to thrive since then. Someone with experience rehabilitating snakes would be ideal. His handling has been minimal since his return because he's very wary, so if handling is desired, you'd have to be patient with him. He is eating pinky mice once a week, but he's a shy eater. He comes in the plastic container I've been keeping him in (as a tropical snake, he does much better in it than he did in the terrarium). If you need the heat pad and thermostat as well, we can negotiate that. There is a reasonable rehoming fee. Please text me with any questions or interest. (No phone calls please.)
