Needing companion dog

I'm looking for a companion for my dog. We lost her buddy 4 mo ago and she's still grieving. This pup will be a house dog with a ¼ acre fenced yard and 2 seperate acres to go for walks with us. Medium size no more than 40 lbs. Must be cat & dog friendly(we have house cat) healthy, with all vaccinations etc, if older than a pup should be house trained. If you have the dog to fit this please contact me. my Caise girl is now getting depressed.
