Professional cleaner needed for a small owned pest control/cleaning company, covering all Columbia and the surrounding areas. We focus on all multi-family (apartment complexes). We are looking for a hard worker who is driven and not afraid to work. You will be cleaning vacant apartments right before the new resident moves in - Cleaning 3-4 apartments per day. Pay is 40% of each job completed. Company will provide all cleaning supplies and equipment needed, as well as, company gas card. You must have own reliable vehicle. Company will pay for all general maintenance on vehicle and up to $500 on major repairs. 1st year earnings $30,000 - $34,000 per year with 2 weeks paid time off after 6 months of employment. Some weekend work may be required with weekend pay bonuses. Resume and reference needed. Only interviewing this Monday, the 24th.
