The ideal candidate for the role of Associate Executive Assistant can be described as a well-organized tech-savvy fact-finder with a positive, can-do attitude. Associate Executive Assistant: Key Duties and Responsibilities. · Help CEO Create & Maintain Organization through accurate and effective bookkeeping and record keeping. This also includes creating and managing scheduled tasks and meetings. · Research and present information on various subjects as needed. These are things like looking up zoning ordinances, pulling sales data from point-of-sale systems, or preparing presentations using such data. · Run various errands as needed to facilitate efficiency throughout the company such as, but not limited to, picking up dry cleaning, helping the marketing team on a project, or driving the CEO to a meeting. You will be provided with a company credit card and/or vehicle on an as-needed basis. · Communicate with stakeholders on all levels and serve as the primary point of contact on behalf of the CEO. You will serve as triage for incoming and outgoing correspondences including but not limited to phone calls, emails, letters, and in-person meetings. This requires you to have excellent customer service, problem-solving skills, and communication skills as this position requires routine live decision-making on behalf of the CEO and thus requires the use of sound judgment. You will be provided with a company phone and/or a company laptop/tablet. · Maintain a positive demeanor, clear mind, and sound judgment under high-stress situations. · Complete other tasks as needed. Additional Preferred Skills & Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree (Masters or higher preferred) in business administration or related field. · Up to date on current Social Media trends. · Proficient investigatory/fact-finding skills. · Clean driving record. · Bilingual (Spanish, Hebrew, Arabic, Chinese)
