South Side AOAO property seeking a multifaceted person to perform a variety of needs and work in partnership with the site manager. The ideal candidate will have landscaping knowledge and experience, serving as the property landscape coordinator as their primary function. Additional duties would include some general cleaning, painting, pressure washing, etc. Must be reliable, honest and have the ability to interact with homeowners in a professional manner both in person and by email.
