Looking for house cleaners We are looking for one person or Cleaning Team to take care of 3 vacation rentals and carry out cleaning, laundering linens and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition and maintain the companies superhost status with exceptional attention to detail. Responsibilities Clean, wash & fold linens and towels, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling fans, kitchen & restroom cleaning, making the beds, washing windows, etc.) Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Make adjustments and minor repairs Stock and maintain supply/laundry rooms Be respectful and cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations Skills Proven working experience as a cleaner Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery Knowledge of non toxic cleaning supplies An eye for detail Integrity
