Established Citrus County Florida based company specializing in wireless cell site construction and maintenance is seeking people that are willing to be trained in tower climbing and who currently live in or who are willing to permanently relocate to, the Ocala Area.
• Must have a clean valid driver's license with no DUIs and reliable transportation.
• Must be willing to travel in Florida. Typically returning home nights and weekends.
• Willingness and ability to work long hours, overtime and/or weekends without restrictions
• Must be self-motivated, hardworking, able to work as a team or individually.
• Must be able to climb and work at elevations for extended periods of time
• Must be healthy and fit to work outdoors for extended periods and lift 50lbs without assistance
Pay & Benefits:
• Starting Pay based on experience. $16 - $30 Per Hour.
• Paid PTO, Holidays, Company matching 401k available.
• Aflac Supplemental Insurance available
• When applicable we pay hotels directly, per diem paid by company issued credit card daily (no out of pocket expenses)
• We pay drive time at your pay rate.
