Coach Katie and Dr. Mike, two of the best strength coaches in DC, come together to host a workout focusing on functional strength.
Coach Katie, M.S., CSCS, CPT and Dr. Mike Yasson DPT, CSCS, ART are coming together to host a high level strength and conditioning workout that will push athletes to their limits while working on functional strength and mobility.
Coach Katie is group fitness – personalized. Each class is intentionally designed to meet the needs of the clients in the room, and is based on their goals, strengths, and areas of improvement. We are not one size fits all. Our ultimate goal is to help you get progressively stronger and faster with the support of an empowering, inclusive community.
Having a wide range of experience with professional athletes and general population, both Dr. Mike and Coach Katie believe that the highest level of care and fitness programming should be available to everyone.
Dr. Mike will be leading the group through a dynamic warm up and Coach Katie will be leading the group through a functional, total body strength training workout that will not only challenge you, but also provide you with knowledgeable tools to implement in your day to day routine.
