Hindsight is Always 2020 This roundtable discussion will allow presenters and the audience to reflect on the various ways they pivoted to survive the 2020 shutdown periods. They will consider what they did, what worked, and what they might do differently in hindsight. Collections Focus: How to Prepare a Collections Plan What is a Collections Plan and how is it different from a Collections Policy? Why do you need one? This session will review the basics of preparing to write a collections plan, how it serves your mission and the focus of your collection. Safely Re-Engage Your Volunteers The panelists in this session will discuss the ways they’ve brought back volunteers during the COVID-19 pandemic. They’ll consider safety protocols, how volunteer programs have changed, and how to attract new volunteers.
