Tidewater Arts Outreach brings another great event to the library's Pop-Up Concert Series! Enjoy the enchanting sound of the harp as Karen Stowe presents a varied program of musical selections. Sing or clap along, or simply sit quietly and soak in the beauty of the music. Evidence of the harp's healing properties can be found in many cultures.
