Yoga is an ancient healing practice known to calm the body, mind, and emotions. Attendees will learn poses, breathing, and relaxation exercises. Yoga helps children (and adults) learn how to calm the mind, increase strength and flexibility, improve their fine motor skills and concentration, and provides children the tools to manage daily stress.
