Healing movement & sound with quartz chakra tuned singing bowls IN REAL LIFE! My name is Marquita Rene, I am a 500 hour RYT, 85 hour RPYT. A intimate candlelit 60 minute full body vinyasa flow class that includes aromatherapy & sound healing with quartz chakra tuned singing bowls. All levels are welcome. Proof of vaccination Intimate Class Setting 20 students max breath to movement, build heat, move at your own pace, sound bath A few things to have ready for your practice: yoga mat water bottle If you have any injuries, pain and/or sensitivity, I would recommend speaking with your doctor before we begin our practice and have all your props within arms reach.
