Otters a one of a kind dog. He has such a wonderful disposition. He’s a playful pup at heart. He loves exploring his world, and I love to watch him as he experiences new things for the first time. I miss him, I need to find him. Please help me. He’s very friendly and plays with people and other dogs. (He’s not been around children). Please text me if you should see him. Thanks, Julie.
