Large rehab company looking for rehab crews to complete properties in the Indianapolis area. Budgets range from 5k to 30k. Labor pays out only all materials are purchased for you. Payment in draws 50% is 45% payout 100% completion is 90% pay out. Punch list completion you will receive the last 10%. Payment terms net 14 days. All materials are purchased for you and will have a Project manger you work with directly for ever project. Very steady work Must provide liability insurance and workman's comp insurance or workman comp wavier. We do not require a LLC GC typical tasks Painting drywall repairs Carpentry ( doors and trim work) minor electrical (outlets switch change outs) Minor plumbing (Faucets and sink drains)
