Join us at Elderslie Farm to "Get Your Goat"! Take home one of our kids for a 2 day experience with your children caring for one of our tribe. Share in the kidding season, Get Your Goat! First: Sign up on Eventbrite Second: Come to Elderslie with a dog crate/kennel at your scheduled pick up time. Third: (After arrival) -Take our Goat Care and Training Class (15min), -Get your Goat, 1 Gallon formula, bedding (if needed) -Check out at the Creamery Cheese Shop, *Sign contracts for liability and assumption of care* Fourth: Care for you goat, feed them 3 times and day, socialize thoroughly, warm your heart. Last: Return your goat in good condition Sunday between 3:00 and 4:00pm. (Late fee of $10 per 15min past 4pm applies) Cost: $25 for Goat and 1gallon Formula. Bedding $8 (if needed)(Straw or Pine Shavings) Friday Goats can be returned Saturday at 10:15-11 a.m. or Sunday 3 p.m. – 4 p.m. Saturday Goats can be returned Sunday 3-4 p.m. Elderslie Farm is located north of Kechi, on 101st Street between Oliver and Hillside (exit 19 on I-135) Fine and Casual Dining: Tuesday-Saturday evenings. Elderslie Creamery: Artisanal cheese, FroYo, bread, accompaniments, events and tours.
