This is Shelby and she needs a new home 😢 I really, really need this dog to go to a loving home. Details : 7 month old female Border Collie. She was found as a small puppy at a rodeo and then given to a family out at a farm. They didn't really want her so they posted her on here. The Good : She is the sweetest thing on earth. She cuddles, she hugs, she appreciates every ounce of attention she can get. I think this is a good trait.. she's kind of weird, It's like she doesn't know how to dog sometimes LOL. She is energetic and LOVES to run. She gets along great with our Aussie/Lab and our kids. The Bad : She is still in puppy mode so she chews on things....especially sticks and wood. She is a thief.... She likes to steal oven mitts, washcloths, socks etc. She lines them up and/or puts them in a pile. It's really odd, not sure why she does this haha. She is NOT cat friendly at all. Or any small pet friendly for that matter. She has never been on a leash....we got a collar on her but she runs away if you try to put a leash on her. The Ugly : She has killed before 😱 She killed a chicken in her previous home. And now I feel like she is hunting our cat. This is literally the only reason she has to go :( Our cat hides and is terrified constantly. We have tried to get them to get used to each other, just not happening. This is so hard.. I am already in love with this dog, We all are. But we cannot continue letting our cat live in fear every day.
