We will feature 6 dessert style wines from around the world (One example being Sherry) and diving into them the same way we would any subject. However we have another motive behind covering these wines; they are often the spent barrels used in whiskey production. So when you have a Scotch aged in a Sherry barrel you might wonder "What is Sherry exactly and what does it taste like?" Well here is your chance to finally nail down what flavor a sherry barrel or a Sauternes barrel actually brings to a whiskey while it ages. I do feel the need to again emphasize though, THIS IS A WINE CLASS. It will just be very education and appealing to whiskey drinkers as well." -Justin Blanford Class space is limited. Sign up now!
