If you are a lover of Tequila, or spirits in general, this class is for you! Mezcal is the parent category to Tequila and has many crossover profiles. The most notable is the rich and sometimes distinct presence of smoke. It is often compared to Scotch in that way. But like Scotch, they are not all so smoky.
