We are trying some new things coming into the new year! We are hosting a five-course dinner and YOU are invited! On February 18th, come join us for a five course dinner with hand crafted, in house BBQ. This dinner has a focus on working our magic with not just smoked meats but pairing them with the best beers. The goal of this dinner is for our guests to enjoy some good food, good beer, and good company! Each beer is carefully selected by our brewer, Jipp, based on his pairing notes to create a perfectly balanced flavor palette for each course. This dinner includes amazing items such as: smoked cold cheese & veggies, spare ribs, slow smoked brisket burnt ends, smoked cajun turkey breast, and a yummy cobbler for dessert! All meat is smoked in house and prepared by our kitchen manager, Natalie. Backpocket Brewing Company in Coralville, IA located in the Iowa River Landing.
