Need a GC and Crew in Joshua Tree for a Full House Remodel

Hello, I am an investor and licensed GC that has a 1300 sq ft, 2 bed / 1 bath house in Joshua tree, the house needs a full remodel. Please see the link below showing an idea what the end project will look like. Below is also a list of what needs to be done. I am looking for a crew that can get this done in a timely manner. Permits will not be pulled. Unlicensed is ok. Must be reliable, honest, straightforward, and able to be working M-F if possible. I will have more jobs in the future if this works out. -Remove 15 ft wall in kitchen -Install Beam in Attic -New Kitchen cabs/counter -Bathroom tub/tile install -Vinyl Flooring install -Paint -Interior Doors -Windows -Exterior work (pavers, paint, wood fences, etc..)
