Need an industrious individual or a small crew to rehab multiple investment properties involving Lehigh Acres, Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and North Fort Myers. MUST have reliable transportation and tools. Rehab skills required are drywall work, installing cabinetry/vanities, crown, and base, along with other miscellaneous renovation projects.
