Come and celebrate Steve's birthday(our sound guy)! With performances by The Good Doods and Apollo Soul. A night to hang and enjoy friends, music and beer. There will be things to do this night as a special treat. Henna booth by Eli Flowart, photo booth by Jesse Leggett, and live painting by Sky. Art, expression, love and good times will be the tone of the night. THE GOOD DOODS Reily O'Brien and Steve Duncan have shared a vision for a long time. The Good Doods project is the culmination of over a decade of making music together in one way or another, and their friendship, humor and easy-going attitudes permeate every aspect of the music they make. Now, they have brought along even more friends, as well as a freewheeling and breezy collection of influences and styles that they have collectively amassed over the years. Duncan's production offers a smooth, seamless through-line, and O'Brien's effortless verses and hooks lend an approachable swagger that leaves you wanting to spend another good night with The Good Doods. THE APOLLO SOUL A spacey, melodic, soundscape with dreamy “take you there” vocals. Steve Duncan (Producer & Drummer) and Kiersten Miller (Lead Vocalist & Keyboardist), are a musical couple from Raleigh, NC making Indie Dream Pop. With intentional lyrics driven by beautiful melodies, in the pocket, tasteful, rhythm sections and synth/pad fillings, The Apollo Soul will surely please.
