In this first-time homebuyers workshop, you’ll learn about the homebuying process. This session will be in English. This workshop is hosted by the Clayton Library and The Johnston County Association of Realtors, and has been made possible by a Big Read grant from the National Endowment of the Arts and Arts Midwest. We will host two sessions of this workshop on February 19th. The 10 am session will be in English, and we’ll have mortgage officers, realtors, and other associated professionals speak to you about the homebuying process. You’ll be able to ask questions about down payments, loans, home inspections, working with realtors, and finding the best home for you and your family! Masks are required for this indoor event.
