Soul Circle is a bi-monthly event celebrating the lunar cycles. Soul Circle is a place for women to recharge and be vulnerable, while giving members insight as to what the cosmos has in store during the lunar cycle. The journal prompts and personalized moonscopes give members a jumping off point for mindfulness practices that can center them during crazy seasons. At the new moon we manifest our desires! If you have questions feel free to email me at [email protected] A little bit more about our amazing guest: In her early 20’s, Shanika began her yoga journey and quickly became fascinated by the human body’s ability to perform the kind of intricate poses yoga encompasses. After many years in practice and contemplation, Shanika followed her desire and began training to become an instructor. She received her 200hr YTT with Sakhi Yoga where her love for yoga deepened. Through this training, Shanika was awakened to the importance of practicing yoga both on and off the mat. Feeling enlightened but still curious, Shanika enrolled with Indra Yoga Institute to further her education. While studying, her view of yoga shifted. She answered the call to become more involved within her community in an effort to make yoga accessible for all bodies and has kept that goal central in her work. She has facilitated both studio and private classes. Through work with a local middle school, she has been able to introduce a younger generation, in a community that is often underserved, to the power of yoga.Shanika received her 500hr RYT in 2021. In addition, she has received training in IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization), Assisted Stretching, and Reiki. My name is Grace Weller. I am a business and life coach who has been studying astrology for over 20 years.  My life goal is to help as many people as I can find true passion and purpose within their lives through astrology.
