We are a concierge vehicle wrap, tinting, and detailing business looking for mid-level to experienced technicians in auto work and vehicle wrapping to join our growing team. We are looking for technicians with experience in auto wrapping (3M or Avery (Vinyl) Wraps, Spray Wrap or Paint Protective Film (PPF). We provide Training, so advance experience isn’t required- but a basic understanding is strongly preferred. General Auto work experience highly preferred Experience in vinyl wrapping MANDATORY. Skill level: Mid- Advanced with general automotive work ( Taking off tires, Jacking up a car etc) Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): * Installation of vinyl wraps * Experience using 3M, Avery, Hexis, and other quality brands (preferred but not required) * Cleaning and Prepping Vehicles * Dismantling and reassembling vehicles * Maintenance of shop * Vinyl cutting/weeding * Experience in PPF and tint (preferred not required) Requirements: * Installation of Auto Wraps, Graphics, & (Auto Window Tinting a plus) * Ability to use basic hand tools and heat gun/torch as necessary. * Vinyl experience to include panel laying, trimming and heat application (preferred but not required) * Removal and clean-up of previous vinyl installations * Basic tool and shop experience Hours: Full-Time- 40-hour work week. Preferred availability: Monday through Sat. Hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Set schedule with two days off per week. Uncapped earning potential due to bonus structure. Typical first year $40,000 to $100,000 depending on drive and experience. Key Points: Auto disassembly experience preferred Must have: - Valid Driver's License. - Must be detail-oriented, able to hustle, and be willing to grow your skills. - Must be able to pass a background check.
