BUS PROBLEMS? TELL ME!

*I am not at all affiliated with Sun Tran nor the city/county governments. I'm a rider putting together a report showing what truly happens on the bus, at bus stops and transfer stations so I can submit it to people who have the ability to take action.* Have you experienced or witnessed: °Dangerous incidents? °Drivers ignoring the mask rule? °Filthy bus stops or buses, (especially human waste, drug paraphernalia)? °Drivers not picking you up at a bus stop when you saw them see you there? °People who are not taking the bus using the whole bus stop so riders can't sit down? °Drivers' ignoring riders' questions or making threats? °Drug use at bus stops or on buses? °Dangerous drug paraphernalia, (syringes, burnt pieces of foil etc) at bus stops or on the bus? °Drivers not following schedules? °Drivers intentionally closing the doors on you? °Sun Tran customer service blaming you when calling to report a driver? °Drivers' dangerous driving? °Being harassed or threatened by people hanging out at bus stops or transfer stations? Please email your experiences and let me know if you're comfortable with your comments being submitted as part of my report. Also please include the location of the incidents and any other useful information you'd like to add. I'll only submit what you're comfortable with. All of the information riders submit to me will be written without any names or any personal information although I would like to include riders' ages and genders, but of course that's optional. I appreciate any responses that will help me present, to the right person, a clear and honest picture of what bus riders are faced with so that these issues can be handled seriously and quickly. With as many people as possible we will absolutely get some important changes made, we sure don't want these problems to get any worse. *Thank you to all who respond!*
