Join Bhante Sujatha and Cheryl Slader for a day retreat!
Join us for restorative yoga with Cheryl, conversation with a question and answers, guided relaxation and individual blessings and Bhante Sujatha. Participants should bring whatever they need to feel comfortable, including a yoga mat, blanket, meditation cushion, etc. Some items will be available at the studio too. Please also bring lunch or a snack and water. All health and safety precautions will be observed, we will follow all state mandates for masking.
