We are looking for a delivery driver/cellar person to join our team! This individual is a key member of our team and will work with and report directly to the head brewer. This position involves but is not limited to delivery to accounts, picking up supplies, and cellar work. This hybrid position could grow into a brewing position if the candidate fits the role. Previous experience in craft beer is not necessary. A great candidate has the following qualifications: • Pre-existing knowledge, enthusiasm, and passion for craft beer • Ability to work independently without direct supervision • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to respond to phone calls, texts and emails • Excellent navigational skills, proficient with GPS Navigation Responsibilities • Follow SOPs • Accurately fill and deliver orders to customers; ensure the return of keg shells, customer payments and signed invoices • Maintain keg and packaged product inventories, and accurately record product inventory on a regular basis • Assist the brewer in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the production area • Assist with packaging on canning days • Maintain cleanliness of delivery vehicle, report servicing needs as they arise Position Requirements • Be willing and able to lift at least 55lbs and move 165lbs kegs • Ability to stand and walk for hours on a hard surface • Over 21 years of age • Valid CA drivers license and clean driving record • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
