What is an entremets and how can you make one?
Paul Vezzetti, owner and winemaker of the Vineyard at Hershey will be sharing his culinary knowledge in this fun class celebrating our 10 year anniversary! For every party there needs to be cake!
This exclusive and intimate experience will be a delicious way to spend your afternoon. You will receive a copy of the recipe to follow along with as Paul walks you through the process of this visually stunning and delicious dessert. He will be demonstrating techniques to prepare each element of the entremets.
No cooking needed! Just a fun opportunity to enjoy wine, ask questions, and learn from our talented Winemaker!
At the end of the class everyone will get to enjoy the finished product with a glass of Vineyard at Hershey wine. Go home understanding the basics of the recipe along with ways to adapt it to other flavor preferences and really show off your culinary skills at home! Tickets also include a souvenir wine glass, along with a copy of the recipe to take home.
The Vineyard & Brewery at Hershey was founded in 2012 and is Pennsylvania’s first all-in-one winery, craft brewery and cidery. The organization produces “the Pennsylvania wine that will change your mind” and artfully crafted microbrews and hard ciders.
