Wine Tasting, Charcuterie & Entertainment Our inaugural wine tasting event features three wines from the Dusi family, who own and farm Fossil Creek on the West Side of Paso Robles, California. The vineyard is planted mostly to Zinfandel but has two blocks of Pinot Grigio nestled in the middle of the 33-acre property. Wine tastings will be paired with fresh charcuterie boards. The striking nose of this wine is chock-full of tropical fruits and white flowers, cut by the crisp freshness our Pinot Grigio has become famous for. Drier than most Pinot Grigio’s, this wine is your classic summer sipper. 2. J Dusi Wines, Zinfandel Dante Dusi Vineyard Paso Robles (2019) a. The wine has up front fruit with a slightly pepper, dry finish. We taste a hint of tart cranberry with spice – the perfect balance between jam & pepper. 3. J Dusi Wines, Model M Central Coast (2018) a. This red wine blend has deep ruby color and its alluring nose draws you for a sip. It opens up with bright cranberry and ripe strawberry, leading into punches of black cherry on the mid-palate. Its approachable tannins are soft a silky accompanied by hints of pipe tobacco and a caramel toffee finish.
