NORWICH - An Oakdale resident is $15,208 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Norwich earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On January 14, Pamela Brookes, of Oakdale, purchased a Play4 Night ticket from Harry's Discount Liquor in Norwich and won $15,208.
