New York State Budget Director Robert Mujicasays the dollar number of the contribution to the project has not yet been determined but added that talks are "ongoing." Mujica added that there is still plenty of time for stadium funding to be included in the state's 2023 fiscal year budget. (WIVB.com - News 4)Buffalo residents expressed frustration Tuesday that many roadways remained covered in snow following the winter storm this weekend. City officials say crews were focused on main streets and secondary roads first before shifting their focus to residential neighborhoods, where many vehicles were left stuck. The Department of Public Works urged residents whose cars are still parked on unplowed streets to move them to a plowed street if possible in order for crews to get through.
