Press release from Albuquerque Public Schools: January 18, 2022 The on-site tests are offered by Premier Medial Group from 7:15 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday at the Berna Facio Professional Development Center, 3315 Louisiana Blvd. NE.  Tests for those experiencing COVID symptoms will be administered curbside on the northwest side of the facility.  Tests for those who aren't experiencing any COVID symptoms will be administered inside the building. Enter at the main entrance on the southwest side of the facility.  Albuquerque Public Schools employees are required to participate in weekly COVID-19 surveillance testing if one of the following applies:  Employee isn't fully vaccinated against COVID-19 Employee opted not to disclose COVID-19 vaccination status Employee is fully vaccinated against COVID-19 but hasn't completed the exemption survey Employees required to test weekly shall do so on their own time (i.e., outside of the duty day or while on leave during the duty day). Employees who have tested positive for COVID-19 are exempt from surveillance testing for 90 days after they last tested positive.  Please notify your supervisor of your positive test date for this exemption.  If you are fully vaccinated, you are eligible to become exempt from required weekly COVID0-19 surveillance testing. Once you complete the exemption survey, you will be removed from the surveillance testing list 14 days after receiving your second Pfizer or Moderna vaccine dose or the single Johnson & Johnson vaccine dose.
