Need a babysitter full time

I am looking for a reliable and consistent babysitter for my three children. They are 9,5, and almost 4. I work 4pm to sometimes midnight and am a manager. If I luck up and find someone that can stick with me my job will change my hours to where I won’t work as late and they will be mid shifts. I live in Dandridge and work in Kodak.
