NH Man Accused Of Failing To Appear On Narcotics Charge

CONCORD, NH — The U.S. Marshals-New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is asking for the public's help finding a Strafford County man accused of failing to appear in court on a narcotics charge. Jason Lee Brewer is 38, about 5 feet, 10 inches tall, and weighs around 180 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. Brewer, according to Jeffrey White, a deputy marshal, has pierced ears, tattoos on both arms, and a noticeable scar on his head. The warrant for his arrest was issued by Strafford County Sheriffs on Nov. 17, 2021. "Brewer is being sought on an arrest warrant for failing to appear on a narcotics charge," White said. "Brewer has a criminal history that includes assault, narcotics, and weapons offenses." Brewer, White said, has "strong ties" to Milton, Rochester, Somersworth, and Dover areas of the state, "where he has friends, family, and associates." If you see someone who looks like Brewer or you know where he is, do not try to apprehend him yourself. Call the police or the task force at 603-225-1632. According to superior court records, Brewer is a felon due to drug possession convictions out of Milton from 2007. He was later charged with violation of probation after being convicted. In 2012, he was accused of felonious sexual assault, sexual assault, and prohibited sales of alcohol in Berlin. The felony charge was nolle prossed after he pleaded guilty to the two other charges. State police charged him with drug possession in July 2016 but those charges were dropped. Brewer was also charged with drug possession in Milton in September 2019 and drug possession in Rochester in September 2020.
