CONCORD, NH — Larz Raymond Menard, 22, of Concord was arrested at 10:57 a.m. on Dec. 29, 2021 on a warrant. He failed to appear in Merrimack County Superior Court on a felony theft charge from July in Concord on Nov. 10, 2021. Menard was held on $2,500 cash bail. Saul John James Underwood, born 1988, of Concord was arrested at 12:04 a.m. on Dec. 29 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident at 24 S. Main St. Sagar Damai, born 2001, of Concord was arrested at 9 p.m. on Dec. 28 on a bench warrant after an incident on East Side Drive. Shane J. Labroad, 27, of Northwood was arrested at 2:45 p.m. on Dec. 28 on two bench warrants at police headquarters. He was also charged with theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. David Melanson, 28, of Manchester was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on Dec. 28 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident on Court Street. Brian J. Hardwick, 33, of Concord was arrested at 8:20 p.m. on Dec. 27 on a theft by deception charge, a felony due to two prior convictions, after an incident on Downing Street. He was arraigned in superior court on Jan. 13. Jonathan M. Kimball, born 1986, of Concord was arrested at 1:15 p.m. on Dec. 27 on two bench warrants and an arrest prior to requisition at police headquarters. Winter Riley, born 2001, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 1 p.m. on Dec. 27 after an incident on Loudon Road. Megan Douillette, born 1979, of Nashua was arrested at 1 p.m. on Dec. 27 on three controlled drug-sale, etc., subsequent charges as well as three counts of transport drugs in a motor vehicle and a breach of bail charge. She was arrested after an incident at the Best Western on Hall Street. The charges stem from incidents in August 2021. Mariah Potter, born 1992, of Allenstown was arrested at 9:20 a.m. on Dec. 27 on theft by deception, less than $1,000, and theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charges after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. William Gordon Cavataio, pictured above, 50, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. on Dec. 27 on indecent exposure and criminal trespass charge. He was arrested after an incident on Hall Street. Alison M. Beitler, born 1999, of Concord was arrested at 12:45 a.m. on Dec. 27 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident at 22 Loudon Road.
