Press release from Ramsey County Government: 2022-01-18 The Ramsey County Board of Commissioners has proclaimed Jan. 18 as Day of Racial Healing in Ramsey County in conjunction with others throughout the United States. Commissioner Reinhardt read the proclamation, which states racial healing is a vital and crucial commitment to the educational, physical, social and mental well-being of all people.
