Press release from the Dublin Chamber of Commerce: January 17, 2022 Cal/OSHA Re-Adoption and Updated Resources On January 14, 2022, the Cal/OSHA Re-Adopted COVID-19 Prevention Emergency Temporary Standards (ETS) went into effect. This re-adoption contains changes to the previous Cal/OSHA COVID-19 Prevention ETS. Employers should review the updated Cal/OSHA COVID-19 Prevention ETS to ensure compliance.   Cal/OSHA released a new fact sheet regarding What Employers Need to Know for COVID-19 Isolation and Quarantine to clarify changes to isolation and quarantine requirements are also now in effect.   Employers should continue to monitor the Cal/OSHA ETS webpage for ongoing updates and new resources.
