Our work assignments include (but are not limited to) deck repair, pressure washing, tree trimming/removal and lawn work. Our ideal subcontractors, above all, are reliable. He/she should be punctual and professional. MUST be able to follow simple instructions. Our work orders are NOT complicated, however, we do have a particular standard and protocol we all, as a company, hold each other to. POTENTIAL SUBCONTRACTOR PROTOCOL: -Must have your own transportation and equipment/tools (SUVs are not acceptable equipment for tree removal) -Complete a W-9 before being compensated for first job assignment -Must send bids through email ONLY -Must communicate primarily through email for accountability purposes -Must be able to provide material for job assignment -Be adaptable to a flexible schedule -When submitting bid, must provide a detailed description of work to be performed for designated work orders. -Provide proof of work via photos through Company Cam (instructions will be included) We need subcontractors through the entire Phoenix area. We pay every Friday. If you start a project on Thursday and finish on Saturday, you will be paid on the preceding Friday. We adapt to quick schedule changes accordingly as we expect of our new potential teammates.
