Lead guitar wanted

Original heavy rock band looking for a lead guitar player. You- Has gear appropriate for live shows, is skilled at your craft, and has at least some experience with writing, recording, and band operations. Has a creative personality. Is in love with music and plays guitar because of passion and obsession not because of ego or identity. Is tactful and respectful with communication with a willingness to both work hard and have fun. Us- We're currently a three piece with two vocals, guitar, bass, and drummer. We've been writing new material for 4 years and have created a new sound with lots of positive feedback. We're all in our 30's with Deftones, AIC, Filter, Tool and other 90'sish sounds at our core while pulling techniques and play styles from genres outside heavy rock (country, blues, metal, pop, grunge). We are very dynamic and dedicated with a minimum of two practices with the full band per week and other one on one practices/writing/recording sessions as needed. We aren't assholes, we're very laid back, and having fun is a priority. We all have jobs and our lives are in order. We have a nice practice space with recording equipment and experience. Tracks are available for listen upon request by email. We're not looking for gratuitous shredding. Just someone to help give our songs identity, character, and melody. We hope to hear from you, Jeff
